Central Location Plus a Good Night's Rest
great location comfortable bed
the location is great since it is close to the metro station. i also found it close to sights such as the cathedral and the castle. the room was clean and the bed was indeed comfortable for sleeping.
the room we stayed in felt stuffy to me. this is probably down to the window only opening a small amount.

smooth check-in good room size clean environment smaller room unworthy upgrade freezing room
check-in was smooth. the room was a good size for two people. the staff were lovely and beautiful clean. it was not far from the train station.
the rooms are smaller than i expected. upgrading to a bigger room was not really worth it. the room i stayed in was freezing the whole time even though i switched on the ac and fan.

helpful staff reasonable cost
The staff was helpful and polite. I found a very cute atmosphere. Breakfast tasted good and the cost was reasonable. The location proved perfect for sightseeing, so I could explore nearby attractions.
The shower only produced cold water. No matter how I adjusted the settings, it never heated up. The hotel gave only one sleeping pillow. This pillow was too big. I chose to sleep without it.

I observed the central location was quite convenient for accessing various attractions. The reception and lounge areas were decorated very well. My room, a Standard Room King Size bed City view, included modern furnishings and lighting.
I noticed the decorative cushions had some stains.

the location is convenient. it is just a short walk to shops, the station, and the arena. the staff members were nice. the bar area was also lovely.
The room was small. it did not match the advertised size. i found a sock behind the armchair. This suggests a need for better cleaning procedures. there was no air conditioning in the room.
